Destructive Test Series Part 2 : Parts of the Japanese Sword

1. We do not recommend the use of this product for cutting practice, as this may put the user in serious danger. Swords are very sharp and must be handled with great care. Should you attempt cutting use only tatami mat targets so as not to damage the sword, and seek professional instruction and supervision under proper safety conditions.
2.Do not under any circumstances handle a sword without first seeking proper safety training. By purchasing, you agree to release Torion Sword, its owner(s) and staff of all liability for the use of this product. Additionally the purchaser agrees to assume soleresponsibility for safe storage and use of the product.
3. This product is guaranteed to be capable of tameshigiri (traditional cutting) practice on tatami mats. It must be conducted by or under the supervision of a professional martial artist trained in swordsmanship within the proper safety conditions and ONLY if you understand that by doing so you are releasing Torion Sword, its owner(s) and staff of all liability for the use of this product.
4. Should the blade ever break in the course of normal non-abusive practice, we will replace it with a similar model. This offer valid up to one year after purchase, and may be extended ONLY at our discretion. This does not cover mountings (tsuka, fittings, saya) which naturally wear over time and require maintenance.
5. Our pictures and specifications reflect single swords at the time of survey, variations between each piece and each generation will occur. All blade designs are developed by our expert staff and oriented to traditional martial arts and appreciation.

6.I offer a 7 days no questions asked return policy. As long as the sword has not been used or taken apart, it can be returned for a 100% refund (minus shipping) within 7 days of receipt. If a customer receives a sword on the 1st, they have until the 7th to request a return.
If the sword is defective, I can either do an exchange or a refund, whichever the customer requests. Return shipping is on the customer. When the sword arrives back to me, it goes through an inspection. If I have in fact sent a defective sword, the buyers shipping costs are covered.
7. If you recieve a product that is flawed or defective, please send it back to us immediately and we will replace it promptly. No additional shipping will be charged.
8. You must be at least 18 years old to order. 9. For International orders: Some countries require an import license for swords. If the order is returned, seized, or damaged, the responsibility rests solely on the buyer. We are also not responsible for taxes, custom fees, broker fees, etcetera, related to importation of goods.
